This so called printer which has yet to print anything is a piece of crap. It keeps spit out the paper that I load and flashes that it out of ink when the ink cartridge is brand new. Do not waste your money on this piece of Sh__!

Print head recalled so we installed a new one and after about 30 prints - it is now bad. ink is cheap but print quality is poor. won't scan even if your ink is low.

This printer is noisy, slow, makes terrible copies and prints, the cartridges don't last very long, the cartridges are hard to find (in my location, St. Louis, only Walmart sells them and is usually out). After owning it less than a year it barely will make a half-way decent print. I will NEVER buy another KODAK again. My Canon was best and it had a red, blue, and yellow ink cartridge so you only had to replace what you were out of. My HP was better than this piece of garbage. I tried to go on the cheap and now I'm paying for it.

I bought this printer because someone at Walmart was pushing them on how good they were and yes, at first it was wonderful. This printer does have the lowest price ink...but, considering that when you print a test page, align the heads, clean the heads...you have used quite a bit of color ink. The ink goes like crazy. I think I printed three pictures on 4x8 sheets and used the entire cartridge...and it wasn't the intro cartridge...it was a full one. So, at $25 a month, if you only use your printer once or twice a week...you are not saving any money on ink. My Lexmark that I only paid $30 gives me nicer fuller copies and only uses half the ink. So, save the money and buy an HP or Lexmark.

I bought this printer believing that Kodak had conquered the high cost of printer ink. But, alas, it's NOT TRUE. After about 2 months use, not only did the printer use a lot of ink, it's failing to print good copies. I had to make several prints in order to get one good one, which in turn used more paper. Also, I only printed using the "black" setting, but, not only did the black ink monitor go down, the color ink monitor showed that it to emptied as quickly as the black ink monitor. This machine consumes ink faster than any other printer I have owned. Savings on ink cartriges did not materialize.
